T2010


 

T2010 is an high-level CNC with an open multi-processor architecture.
It is based  on a  PC hardware of the last   generation ,  which manages the interface with the operator , and on an hardware independent from PC , which controls the interpolator and all machine functions.

Such configuration was chosen to offer to  customers   a very flexible product , able to manage different types of machinings.  By using the same hardware configuration and installing the suitable machining mode,  the CNC T2010 can be mounted on turning machines, milling machines and grinding machines . Besides, the possibility to modify and develop the software on PC and on NC , also at interpolator level ,  allows to fit the NC to the needs of any machine type. Technical features

T2020


 

The NC T2020 hardware is essentially based on an only DSP microprocessor board, which controls axes, interpolations and machine PLC.
Through an USB port, the board is connected to the PC , where is placed the NC applicative system
The communication with the digital drives is possible through shielded single twisted pair cables with Mechatrolink 1 or 2 protocol.
The control of the outputs and the reading of the digital inputs are carried out by using remote modules connected to the CN OPEN protocol.

T2000


 

The CN T2000 is the right solution for those industrial applications,  where  the use of an easy PLC is not enough and in the same time  the purchase of a true CN is too expensive.
It is a low-cost , modular device , able to control up to  8 axes  in position and speed  and to manage many  Input/Ouput  cards with 32 power inputs + 24 outputs with direct or alternate  current. It is equipped with a LCD graphic display and with a membrane keyboard  . Such keyboard is also remote-connectable to the device by means of a max. 50 m long cable  .

Mounted on automatic machines,  T2000 can be also customized for carrying out particular cycles,   ISO programs and  for controlling machine tools as milling, turning , grinding machines or manipulators.
